Neck Lift

This is a 58-year-old woman who had a facelift and neck lift performed by Dr. Szachowicz. Her results are shown before surgery and 5 months after surgery. Her results are natural looking and she is very happy with her results!

This 59y/o woman had facial relaxation, but also showed extensive fat atrophy resulting in volume loss in her face. A facelift and neck lift helped with the laxity, and fat grafting was performed in her cheeks, nasolabial folds, lips, and chin which added youthful volume.

This is a very active 55 y/o woman in a very competitive workplace. She has excellent skin tone and has been careful about the sun. She has noticed that her jawline was looking more square  and she noticed the skin of her neck was getting more lax. In the chin down position she noticed more fullness and loss of definition in her jawline.

In addition to her deep plane facelift and deep necklift, she had some of her buccal fat reduced to help her face look less bottom heavy, and re-create an oval shape to her face.

This was an 85y/o woman who had it on her ‘bucket list’ to help make right some of the complications she had when she had a facelift as a younger woman. She had some scarring in front of the ears, and then had a second procedure to remove some of the scarring which left her right earlobe attached and pulled onto her face (‘PIXIE’ ear).

At her age, she just wanted one more try to get her earlobe back and to look younger. She has an endoscopic browlift and a revision facelift and necklift. Her lower face was more full, especially on the right side, because of the pouching from her buccal fat pads, so they were reduced as well.

Lastly , she had her fat used to replace the fat that was missing, especially in the upper cheeks and in front of the jowls along her jawline.
