Cheek Augmentation

This is a 57 y/o woman who had previous surgery on her right cheek. Over time, she gradually lost volume to her face. Fat grafting improved the shadows of her temples, revolumized her cheeks and improved the appearance of her scar on the cheek.

This is a 60y/o woman who has a very lean face. A fuller face is a younger face, therefore, at the time of surgery some fat was harvested from her trunk and placed in the upper cheek areas, and around the mouth to supply structure and support. The result was a facelift & necklift which is natural and does not appear stretched or pulled.
